Voza Rivers, Executive Producer / New Heritage Theatre Group,
the oldest nonprofit organization in New York City responsible for program administration. This includes: contracting, fiscal management and compliance; and media relations.

Beverly Morrison Green, Radio / Television Special Instructor Detroit Public Schools responsible for program management. This includes artistic development: stage presence, choreography, public speaking, coaching; logistics (setup location, stage, props); and preliminary negotiations with school and local officials.

Don Fryson, President & CEO, (360EI): handles marketing and promotions; management of auditions for dancers, singers, and show hosts; advertisements and screening of hundreds of entries to obtain 85 kids for show; content management and distribution on NewWorldStation.com; and public relations (collateral, press release).

Abdul Malik Abbott, Vice President 360EI Films: is responsible for hard television production. This includes: preliminary (budgeting, scheduling); direct, film and edit show, train and mentor aspiring filmmakers.

R. Lee Gordon, President of Unitee Design and Better Detroit Youth Movement:
outreach, merchandising & sales of Dance Kingdom apparel, local press and sponsor relations, and social media blogging.

Participating nonprofit and community-based organizations – 360ESAH Foundation, So You Want Your Name In Lights (faith-based talent show), Girl Scouts (Central Florida), Rising Stars Music Award (Los Angeles), IMPACT Repertory Theatre (New York) and Better Detroit Youth Movement (BDYM). Handle community outreach and fundraising to cover expenses for local youth to participate in the program (i.e., for travel and lodging).
